Terms of service

Lang Students’ Association (“LSA”, “we”, “us”) operates this online store. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Shipping Policy posted on the store.

The store sells LSA merchandise. Product names, descriptions, prices, and images are there to help you choose an item. Colors and details can look slightly different on a screen than they do in person.

You are responsible for the contact details you enter at checkout and, if you choose shipping, for providing a delivery address in Canada. An order is a request to buy the items in that order at the prices shown, plus any shipping charge shown at checkout.

Payment is taken through the store’s checkout. The Refund Policy explains when a merchandise purchase is final sale and how to report an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The Shipping Policy explains Canada-only shipping, shipping charges, and free pickup at Commerce Corner.

The LSA may change product availability, prices, or these policies. The policies posted on the store when you place an order apply to that order.
